Hamish Taylor provides leadership and management development programmes based on the principle "If you want a breakthrough, look outside your current environment".
This principle worked in product innovation in the mid 1990s in British Airways; the introduction of flat beds into aircraft was pioneered by working with a yacht designer rather than a traditional airline seat manufacturer. Also, queuing at the airport was made easier with help from Disney, for whom the efficient management of queues is a core skill.
