Joe DiVanna
Described as a “polymath” by The Economist, for his cutting edge approach to strategy development, Joe DiVanna is a thought leader and speaker to global business audiences. A former management consultant with CSC Index, and the former Managing Director of TowerGroup Europe, he currently directs Maris Strategies, Ltd., a Cambridge think-tank for business and financial services. He was Non-Executive Director and Board Member of the Strategic Planning Society from 2002 to 2004.
Joe DiVanna's insight on global business trends has been presented in many public forums and corporate events such as his annual address at VISA International's BankCard Business School.
A prolific author, his numerous books on business, finance, technology and strategy are published in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. His recent best seller The Future of Retail Banking (Palgrave-Macmillan, 2004 - English) (China Financial Publishers, 2005 - Chinese) was reviewed by Harvard Business School Working Knowledge.
