A modular programme delivered over several months, “Breakthrough” enhances business performance and results by improving the achievements of each individual. Refocusing people’s thinking, beliefs and behaviours to address particular business objectives, “Breakthrough” creates the personal responsibility for actions and results, a win/learn/change philosophy and desire to try new approaches, and take action. “Change and Challenge” become “Opportunity” rather than “Loss.” The programme encourages people to consider new ways of working and question their paradigms and perceptions of what is possible, leading to improved business performance and profitability, better people-management, a positive winning culture, increased competitive edge and successful Change Management.

Coaching for Peak Performance
“Coaching” transforms people managers (often promoted on the basis of functional success rather than leadership abilities) into successful team coaches who empower and inspire their teams to work more effectively to deliver raised results. Effective people-managers coach and develop successful teams and individuals and, whilst many management courses provide the skills, it is a manager’s underlying beliefs and attitudes that often sabotages the team’s efforts and affect potential results. This 2-day programme provides delegates with practical and inspirational tools and skills to empower their people to work more effectively together and unlock the synergies of the team, leading to enhanced business performance.

Inspiring Leaders
A core skill of a leader is to define reality, to build relationships and networks, and inspire and motivate through constant change. Any true leadership development process starts with a journey of discovery; raising awareness of personal style, communication and learning preference, and the importance of Purpose, Identity and Values in shaping beliefs, decisions and behaviour. This one or two-day programme looks at the critical success factors for a leader to help them understand what it means and takes to bring a business brand to life and to embed the values into the people and the culture.
